I'd love to say I laugh in the face of training programs because I'm a natural athelete, but let's all be honest: I need the help.

I couldn't have started my road to a "new me," without becoming a member of the local YMCA. The staff is beyond phenomenal (they don't pay me to say that, seriously), the facilities are gorgeous and the programs are amazing:
